At Cozy Stoops, each porch design is customized and includes perishable and seasonal goods. For this reason, returns are not accepted once your installation has been completed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your décor arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will work with you to repair, replace, or issue a refund for the affected items.
Cancellations
Given inventory costs, cancellations made will not be eligible for a refund.
Weather Delays
If we cannot complete your installation on your confirmed date due to weather, we will contact you promptly to reschedule for the next available time.
